There's no commission on your ad budget at all if you bring your own ad accounts. If you choose to save yourself a lot of time and stress by running your ads through accounts that Balloonary creates for you (Balloonary Ad Accounts / BAA) the commission on your ad budget depends on your plan (20%, 15% or 10%).

Yes, you can trial any Balloonary plan for free. You can generate ad copy and creatives, mix and match complete ads and use our AI Assistant without getting charged. We will only charge you if you keep your trial or launch an ad.

Balloonary accepts credit cards from all major vendors and Paypal. We use Stripe to process payments, so your transactions are always secured to the highest industry standard.

You can pay in EUR, USD or GBP for Balloonary subscriptions and your ad budget on Balloonary ad accounts. If you connect your own ad accounts, you can pay the ad platforms directly in any of 55 different currencies.

If you use the BYO (Bring Your Own Ad Account) option, the ad platform will simply charge you less. If you use the BAA (Balloonary Ad Account) option you will receive all unspent budget as Balloonary credit. You can use this credit to pay for your next ads.

If you use the BYO (Bring Your Own Ad Account) option, the ad platform will simply charge you less. If you use the BAA (Balloonary Ad Account) option, it takes 12 hours after a campaign was stopped for Balloonary to refund any remaining budget. This is due to the ad platforms themselves needing some time to fully stop an ad.

We know from experience that it makes no sense to go below a certain daily budget or runtime. So we have set a budget of 8,- USD/EUR/GBP per day and a runtime of 7 days as the minimum. That still gives you a pretty low entry point of 56,- USD/EUR/GBP per ad. And of course you can always stop an ad that you are not happy with.
