An ad account is the place where your manage and control you ads on platforms like Google, Facebook, and Instagram. It’s where you set your budget, create your ads, and track your results. Unless of course, you’re using Balloonary, in which case we take care of all that for you.

There is no need to transfer your ad account to Balloonary. With Balloonary Ad Accounts (BAA), we create a new ad account for you, so you can start running ads right away. If you prefer to use your own ad account (BYO), you can connect it to Balloonary in just a few clicks.

That depends on whether you’re using Balloonary Ad Accounts (BAA) or Bring Your Own (BYO) Ad Accounts. With BAA, you pay for everything directly through Balloonary. If you’re using BYO, the ad platform (like Google, Facebook, or Instagram) will bill you according to their billing schedule.

If you’re using Balloonary Ad Accounts (BAA), we’ll automatically refund any unused budget to your Balloonary credits. You can immediately use them to fund your next ad. If you’re using your own ad account (BYO), the ad platform will refund you according to their refund policy.

Yes, you can switch between Balloonary Ad Accounts (BAA) and Bring Your Own (BYO) Ad Accounts at any time. Just go to your account settings and make the change. Keep in mind that any active ads will be stopped when you switch. And keep in mind, that you can only have one active ad account per platform at any time.
